Privacy Policy

KittyGram is a project in the idea-validation stage. This page explains what data we process about website visitors and survey respondents, why, and how we handle it.
Who controls the data
The data controller is Michal Mrkva. The surveys were created and their responses are managed by another team member; for any privacy matter, however, please use the contact below, who will handle your request within the team.
Website analytics
The site uses the Umami analytics tool in cookieless mode. We store no cookies or other identifiers on your device, which is why the site shows no cookie banner.
Umami records only aggregate, anonymised traffic data — the number of visits, where visitors came from, device and browser type, and which page elements are used. This data cannot identify you.
Surveys
If you fill in one of our surveys, we process the answers you provide, including any contact details you choose to share. The surveys run on Google Forms and responses are stored in Google Sheets.
We use survey data solely to develop and improve the KittyGram product. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the survey and can withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
We rely on third-party services that process data on our behalf: Umami (traffic analytics) and Google (Google Forms and Google Sheets for the surveys). We do not pass your data to anyone else, nor do we sell it.
How long we keep data
We keep survey responses for the duration of product development, but no longer than 24 months from collection, after which we delete them. Aggregate traffic data is non-personal and is kept without a time limit.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will get back to you.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
